By using our website, funnel pages, or making a purchase, you confirm you are 18 years or older or have parental consent.

2. Not Professional Advice

All content—including digital tools, coaching, and training—is for educational purposes only. We do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While our system is designed to help you reduce procrastination and improve productivity, we do not guarantee specific academic results, study consistency, exam scores, or personal transformation. Results depend entirely on your effort and application.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

4.1 Payments

All payments made through Razorpay, UPI, cards, or other gateways are final.

4.2 Refunds

Due to the instant and digital nature of our products, we follow a strict NO REFUND policy.

This includes webinars, tools, eBooks, consultations, upsells, and community access.

4.3 Failed Transactions

If your payment is deducted but access is not received, email us at: support@yourdomain.com with your payment screenshot. We will manually provide access within 24–48 hours.

5. Intellectual Property

All content—videos, PDFs, planners, tools, sheets, presentations, and coaching materials—is owned by us. Redistribution, copying, reselling, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

6. License of Use

You receive a personal, non-transferable license for all purchased products. Sharing login details, downloads, or group access will result in removal without refund.

7. Access Duration

• eBooks & Tools → Lifetime access

• Webinar Replay → 1-year access

• Consultations → As per scheduled time

• Private Communities → Ongoing access while group is active

8. Community Group Rules

Users must follow respectful behavior. The following are prohibited:

• Abusive or rude messages

• Spamming or promotion

• Sharing paid content outside the group

• Disrespecting members or coaches

Violation will result in immediate removal.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree NOT to raise payment disputes or chargebacks. Doing so will result in removal from all programs and legal action if necessary.

10. External Links

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked within our content.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for personal losses such as delayed studies, emotional stress, device issues, lost opportunities, or indirect damages.
